ORDER PREPARATION TIME: 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Before shipping, we need 1–2 business days to prepare your order. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. However, if you place your order on Friday after 16:00, or on a public holiday, processing may take up to 4 days.
Please ensure that you provide the correct address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost. If you do not wish to pay for reshipment, please be aware that, according to the law, we are not obligated to refund personalised products.
If you do not have a house number, please indicate this at checkout.

Remote Area PostNL and Standard PostNL shipments are handled by PostNL in cooperation with your local postal service. This means that the final delivery within your country will be managed by the local carrier and may take up to 28 business days for remote or distant locations.
Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the quality of service provided by local postal carriers. However, full tracking information is available for all shipments, and all parcels are insured.
If your parcel is not delivered within 28 business days, we will initiate an investigation, which may take an additional 14 business days. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit due to a carrier issue, we will issue a full refund.
