I wrote then soon my order arrived: "I did receive my order but unfortunately was incomplete!
The water bottle isn’t here. I have no idea how this is possible.
I find this very uncomfortable and I hope you guys can fix it fast."

Took 2 days to reply me and basically the mail was:
"We understand your disappointment, but based on the investigation we conducted and all available data, we can confidently state that your order was sent in its entirety."
I find is absurd and disrespectful because it is an "investigation" without foundation. As a result, I paid for a product, I did not receive it and they did not solve the problem
I do not recommend
